Hong Shen is the Researcher in the Department of Domestic Development Cooperation, Institute of New Structural Economics, Peking University, senior expert in industrial supply chain, and Doctor of Economics in the DPS program of National Development Research Institute, Peking University. Was responsible for global supply chain management in IBM and other top 500 companies, and was in charge of the construction of transnational supply chain system for one national key project, and has rich experience in industrial supply chain, local government investment promotion and industrial fund. The published monograph "Precision Decision Making: Differentiated Procurement and Supply Strategies" has been collected by nearly 200 universities and institutes.
