Dr. ZHENG is the Director of the New Structural Environmental Economics Teaching and Research Section of Peking University and the leader of the Virtual Teaching and Research Section of New Structural Environmental and Ecological Economics of the Ministry of Education. He is responsible for promoting the construction of the new structural environmental economics discipline. He has published 3 textbook monographs, including Introduction to New Structural Environmental Economics and Preliminary Study of New Structural Environmental Economics: Theory, Demonstration and Policy (co-authored with Yifu LIN and Caihui FU). He has published more than 30 papers including a series of papers on new structural environmental economics. He has taught courses on promoting new structural environmental economics at Peking University, Shanghai University and other universities. He chaired and participated in a number of scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Foundation.
